Sales Consultant – Stanton Optical

Reports to: Brand Manager

Stanton Optical is a fast‑growing optical retailer dedicated to offering high‑quality eyewear at affordable prices. Our Sales Consultants create memorable experiences for patients and customers through a unique sales process, ensuring their eyewear and eye care needs are met.

• Greet patients and customers, identifying needs to provide a memorable experience.
• Assist in selecting eyewear that fits budget and eye care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescription problems and resolve customer complaints.
• Attain sales goals while complying with company policies and local procedures.
• Adhere to quality control standards, including OSHA and safety requirements.
• Perform basic housekeeping and perform simple customer repairs and lens assembly.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders and track delivery commitments.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1+ year of outstanding customer service experience with proven sales success in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and flexibility to meet changing business needs in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse groups of people.
