Sales Consultant – Stanton Optical
Location: Store location
Reports to: Brand Manager
Stanton Optical is a fast‑growing optical retailer dedicated to offering high‑quality eyewear at affordable prices. Our Sales Consultants create memorable experiences for patients and customers through a unique sales process, ensuring their eyewear and eye care needs are met.

- Greet patients and customers, identifying needs to provide a memorable experience.
- Assist in selecting eyewear that fits budget and eye care requirements.
- Troubleshoot prescription problems and resolve customer complaints.
- Attain sales goals while complying with company policies and local procedures.
- Adhere to quality control standards, including OSHA and safety requirements.
- Perform basic housekeeping and perform simple customer repairs and lens assembly.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders and track delivery commitments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1+ year of outstanding customer service experience with proven sales success in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and flexibility to meet changing business needs in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse groups of people.

- Optical experience is a plus.
