All About On Demand:
You will not be included on the posted weekly schedule, but you can create your own schedule by picking up shifts. If you choose to pick up a shift, reliable attendance is necessary. You will be expected to respond to contact attempts to confirm interest in shifts. If you do not respond, employment may be terminated. You must work at least one shift within 5 months or your employment will be terminated.

Responsibilities- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
- Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and resolve concerns.
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experience.
- Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
- Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and best practices.
- Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
- Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities and events.
- Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with enrollment; be familiar with fulfillment services and direct guests to enroll, activate, and use them.
- Demonstrate how to use Wallet and other Target App features.
- Handle returns by following register prompts and partnering with leaders as needed, while following Target policies.
- De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience per Target policies.
- Deliver easy and accurate service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
- Support guest services such as order pickup, Drive Up orders and related processes; comply with adult beverage laws where applicable.
- Assist with Cash Office processes as needed, including management of cash systems.
- All other duties based on business needs.

- Accurate cash handling and support for cash office operations as needed.
- Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely; ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
- Flexibility to pick up shifts to meet store needs.
- Active engagement by picking up shifts; must work at least one shift within 5 months or administrative termination.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
