Position description and responsibilities may include customer service, sales support, and store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
• Learn about products using company tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project.
• Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in the department; handle basics in adjacent departments.
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe.
• Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing required safety training, immediately correcting hazards or unsafe conditions, or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty.
• Support related store operations as described for Store Support roles, including non-sales functions as needed.

• Non-sales functions such as ensuring customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services.
• Direct customer or vendor interaction may be required; directing customers to store departments or merchandise; answering questions on product order status.
• Handle cash management or program compliance; work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, carriers, and perform with little to some supervision.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity, time management skills, and focus on store-specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities.
• Specific positions may include:
  Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
