Overview

Retail Part-Time Store Associate at Fabletics for the Houston Premium Outlets - Cypress, TX. The Store Associate is responsible for providing a best in class retail store experience, enabling customers to shop across website and store platforms, and working with the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team to achieve goals and drive the business forward. This position reports to the Store Manager.

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Actively engage customers by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our product.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs).

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for extended periods; may stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders occasionally.
