The Sales Associate provides exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences, establishing Lens Crafters as the top destination for all vision needs in your community.

• Deliver sales targets and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and attracting new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames, taking optical measurements, and ensuring the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements with optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with colleagues, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Ensure the store's appearance is attractive and organized, taking pride in displays and inventory.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Adaptability to new technology and processes with high accuracy
• Effective sales skills and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly
