Retail Supervisor, Full Time - Houston Premium

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our team in Houston Premium. In this role you will support the store leadership team and help drive a best‑in‑class customer experience.

In this role you will support store leadership, act as a role model to employees, and focus on leading processes, executing tasks, and maintaining productivity to ensure goals are met.

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Become an expert in the brand’s selling behaviors and role‑model them with every customer.
• Support the sales leader during non‑peak hours, keeping the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate effectively with employees to ensure work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Complete tasks before or after store operating hours, including opening and closing checklists.
• Leverage omni‑channel tools to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
