Lead the team to ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered promptly to customers.

Manage shifts and delegate tasks effectively.

Provide exemplary knowledge of the menu and deliver excellent customer service.

Handle customer complaints and issues politely, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Accept and verify deliveries; issue refunds if necessary.

Communicate with management about inventory status, including arrivals, shortages, and order accuracy.

Monitor cash flow, including petty cash and bank deposits.

Restock the cash register nightly and manage the store's cleanliness and organization.

Assist in staff interviews, evaluations, and training.

Memorize training materials and explain food benefits to customers enthusiastically.

Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and outside areas, checking every 15 minutes.

Provide outstanding customer service, including accurate wait times and friendly interactions.

Assist with orders, phone inquiries, and food preparation following proper procedures.

Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.

Handle food storage, rotation, and safety procedures.

Work as a team, demonstrating leadership abilities and a positive attitude.
