Memorize training material and explain the health benefits of ingredients and food to customers in an upbeat and informative manner.

Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and outside area.

Provide excellent customer service: be positive, polite, and informative, and give accurate wait times.

Assist with ringing up guests, answering phone calls, and taking orders over the phone.

Have thorough knowledge of the food and recipes, follow recipes, and prepare food in a timely and sanitary manner.

Prepare food according to proper procedures.

Consistently clean the kitchen and lobby thoroughly.

Manage deliveries and keep everything organized.

Wash dishes and put away supplies.

Coordinate with staff to ensure correct and timely order preparation.

Deliver food to customers.

Communicate with managers about scheduling and days off.

Arrive on time, take appropriate breaks, and complete opening and closing duties.

Perform additional tasks as requested by management.

Follow sanitation, safety, and health guidelines.

Stock and rotate food supplies.

Practice cost-cutting measures and work as part of a team.

Become food certified.

Handle basic computer operations, POS system, cash, and credit card transactions.

Stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes occasionally, move quickly, and maintain a sense of urgency.

Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance.

Bring a positive attitude and collaborate well with others.
