Job Summary And Qualifications What You Will Do In Your Role- You will promote high quality, patient-centered care by providing clinical support in the prompt, accurate completion of the IRF Patient Assessment Instrument (IRF-PAI), to ensure accuracy in the scoring of functional status and reflection of the patient s care needs.
- You will collaborate with the care team.
- You will assist in the ongoing monitoring of identified benchmarks for the inpatient rehab population.
- You will access confidential patient information and maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an acute hospital setting is required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in inpatient rehabilitation is required.
- Graduate of an accredited school in clinical specialty is required.
- Licensed professional in Texas in a clinical health care specialty (i.e. Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy) is required.
- Current licensed as a registered professional nurse, or other licensed professional in specialty, in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
- Certified Registered Rehab Nurse (CRRN) preferred
- Current BLS Certification are required.
