HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress, a campus of HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood, is a 165+ bed general acute care hospital located in Cypress, TX. We are seeking a dedicated Manager RN to lead our inpatient rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Rehabilitation Services with all department activities to ensure coordinated efforts in fulfilling departmental responsibilities and aligning with the facility’s long‑range plan, mission, vision, and values.
- Coordinate the department’s participation in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement.
- Ensure nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluate its effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
- Provide clinical support to the nursing staff.
- Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the rehab team.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required).
- At least 3 years of experience in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting (Supervisor/Manager experience preferred).
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi‑State Compact License (RN Compact License holders required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire).
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification required; ACLS preferred.
