Salary: $75 per hour

14 shifts per month of 12 hours per day

2 weekends per month

9 AM to 9 PM

Urgent Care open 7 days a week

• Conduct physical exams, diagnose illnesses, and develop patient care plans for all age ranges
• Prescribe medication and perform therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
• Perform minor surgeries, including laceration repairs and incision and drainage (I&D) procedures
• Maintain patient medical records and document care provided
• Splint minor fractures
• Administer diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and interpret test results
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies

• Active and unencumbered nurse practitioner (NP) license in the state of Texas
• National NP certification for your specialty from an accredited organization
• No flagged or under investigation licenses
• 2 years of experience in Urgent Care

• Clinical assessment and diagnosis
• Medication management
• Patient education and counseling
• Collaborative care
• Documentation and record keeping

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from an accredited program
