Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Outpatient Clinic | Cypress, TX

$90,000–$100,000 Salary + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Reliant Healthcare Group is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our clinic-based pediatric therapy team in Cypress, TX. This is a full-time outpatient pediatric role with a consistent schedule, strong clinical support, and a collaborative team environment.

• $90,000–$100,000 salary (based on experience)
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Pediatric-only outpatient clinic
• No home health visits
• No school travel
• Consistent clinic schedule
• Supportive leadership and strong clinical mentorship

• Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric patients in a clinic setting
• Complete evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary clinical team
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and company standards

• Active Texas SLP license – REQUIRED
• Pediatric experience preferred
• CFYs and SLPs transitioning into pediatrics are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and documentation skills

This is a clinic-based pediatric position. Candidates seeking home health, school-based, or adult-only caseloads may not find this role to be the right fit.
