This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Lead Teacher located in Cypress, TX. The Preschool Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, implementing age-appropriate educational activities, and fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Additionally, responsibilities include collaborating with team members, maintaining communication with families, and promoting the developmental growth of children in the classroom.

• Experience in Lesson Planning and creating age-appropriate educational activities
• Strong skills in Education and Teaching, with a passion for early childhood development
• Excellent Communication abilities to engage with children, families, and team members effectively
• Proficiency in guiding and Training others to support collaborative teamwork
• Understanding of health and safety standards in an educational setting
• Dedication to creating a positive and inclusive environment for students
