The Farmhouse Preschool is a nurturing early-learning community located in Cypress, TX. We provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children can grow, explore, and reach developmental milestones through play-based learning and meaningful connections.

We are seeking a loving, enthusiastic 2-Year-Old Teacher to join our Farmhouse Family! The ideal candidate is dependable, creative, and passionate about early childhood education. You’ll work alongside a co-teacher to maintain routines, foster independence, and build positive relationships with families while creating a fun and caring classroom atmosphere.

• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for one-year-old children.
• Follow daily routines and classroom schedules with consistency and care.
• Implement lesson plans using Experience Early Learning’s Mother Goose Time Curriculum.
• Track developmental milestones and communicate daily progress to families.
• Use Brightwheel, our classroom communication app, to share updates, photos, and reports.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with your co-teacher and administrative team.

• At least 2 years of experience working with toddlers or in an early-childhood classroom (2-year-old experience preferred).
• Knowledge of child development and positive classroom management techniques.
• Warm, nurturing, and team-oriented personality with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology, including tablets and classroom apps.
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
