Overview

JOB SUMMARY:

The Staffing Coordinator supervises clinic staff, supports daily operations, and ensures compliance with clinic protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies. This role is essential to maintaining high-quality client care through effective staffing, training, coordination with scheduling, performance management, and operational coordination while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities Staff Supervision & Compliance
  • Supervise staff to ensure adherence to assigned schedules, accurate timekeeping procedures, clinic protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure all required staff documentation and paperwork are maintained, accurate, and up to date
Hiring, Onboarding and Training
  • Conduct interviews and support the hiring process
  • Conduct and coordinate onboarding training related to clinic protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure staff training is delivered in accordance with company training protocols and standards
  • Track training completion to ensure timelines are met and documentation is submitted accurately and on time
Staffing & Scheduling
  • Track staff availability, identify staffing gaps and hiring needs in collaboration with management
  • Facilitate daily scheduling and coordinate staff shifts to meet client needs and clinic requirements
Daily Clinic Operations
  • Ensure daily clinic operations run smoothly, supporting an efficient flow of services while maintaining quality client care
  • Actively allocate appropriate support across the clinic and classrooms, and deploy additional staff to other locations as needed
  • Oversee smooth staff and client transitions, including check-ins and session flow, to ensure services follow the established schedule
  • Assist with client scheduling when needed, documentation, and coordination of services
  • Support operational planning and organization to help the clinic meet performance and growth goals
  • Coordinate staff availability for opening/closing coverage and Saturday make-up sessions
