Position Title:

Location: Houston, TX
Assignment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $75k - $80k / Year
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-5 pm

Position SummarySeeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide senior-level administrative and organizational support to executive leadership. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and skilled at managing complex schedules, travel, and priorities while keeping executives focused and efficient.
Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and daily schedules
- Prioritize and respond to emails, calls, and requests on behalf of executive leadership
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage tasks, reminders, and materials
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, track action items, and follow up as needed
- Provide support with occasional personal or ad‑hoc tasks to maximize executive efficiency
- Research, plan, and book complex travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and dining
- Create detailed travel itineraries with confirmations, contacts, directions, and contingency plans
- Monitor travel in real time and resolve changes, delays, or disruptions
- Track key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables
- Support special projects and cross‑functional initiatives
- Coordinate events, offsites, and retreats as needed
- Serve as a liaison with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and execution
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior‑level or C‑suite executives
- Strong calendar management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Proven experience managing complex travel arrangements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently
- Experience supporting multiple executives or founder-level leadership
- Familiarity with expense management software and project tracking tools
