• Develop and execute the sales strategy and action plan for the Warehouse Distributor division
• Manage key accounts by identifying new opportunities and increasing sales presence
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales status reports to track performance
• Meet financial objectives by preparing budgets, forecasts, and analyzing variances
• Establish and maintain rapport with key accounts through regular visits and communication

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in Aftermarket Sales or related fields
• 3-5 years of management and sales experience for Warehouse Distributor accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Experience with key account sales structures and relationship building
• Aptitude for preparing management reports and annual forecasts
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Proven track record of successful sales growth in a competitive environment
