Position: Shift Leader

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. They help motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience by setting the tone, providing feedback, and coaching team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision and help maintain quality and a safe, clean environment. This role offers opportunities for growth, as many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and ensure a safe, clean store environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours including early shifts (as early as 3 AM depending on restaurant) and weekends
• Pass a background check as applicable by law
• Serv Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training or ability to acquire
• Current valid state driver’s license preferred and driving eligibility per company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations

Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

• Starting pay subject to local and state minimum wage regulations
• Pay ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position

The physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during shifts. These requirements may be accommodated with reasonable adjustments.
