Performance Manager (Stakeholders & Change)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Strategy, Planning & Performance Directorate in the role of Performance Manager (Stakeholders & Change).

This post reports directly to the Assistant Director Commissioning & Performance, providing support on the delivery of improved patient outcomes and staff experience by being the Trust’s lead on commissioning, Welsh Government accountability, health board performance requests, performance management aspects of transformation, performance management aspects of planning, in particular, integrated technical planning, linked to commissioning, forecasting and modelling.
The role has a broad remit, across the whole of the Trust, with the ability to connect information together and provide a coherent picture considered key. The post holder will have a strong ability to develop, interpret and analyse data from a wide variety of sources and present information concisely.

In line with the Trust’s Starting Salary Procedure, all applicants will start at the bottom of the band for the position applied for, but can apply for a higher salary if they have previous experience relevant to the position.
