Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re working with a well‑respected care provider in Cwmbran to recruit a kind, reliable, and motivated Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities in their homes and out in the local community.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Providing personal, practical, and emotional support in service users’ homes
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities in accessing community activities
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
- Assisting with day‑to‑day tasks such as meal prep, personal care, and medication
- Encouraging social inclusion and building confidence
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – Preferable
- 6 months UK based experience in care or supporting individuals with learning disabilities
- Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic personality
- A team player who’s also confident working independently
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to providing high‑quality care
