H Site Services Team Leader FMCG Manufacturing Highly Competitive Salary | Monday Friday Days Are you a hands-on Site Services Engineer ready to step into a role with real ownership and influence? This is a key on-site leadership role within a high-volume, chilled FMCG environment. Youll take responsibility for the smooth, safe running of all site services while leading a small, capable engineering team from the front.

What youll be doing Leading and coordinating the Site Services engineering team Owning delivery of PPMs, reactive work and job sheets Acting as Deputy to the Senior Supervisor when required Attending daily engineering meetings and reporting on KPIs and site issues Taking full responsibility for boilers, refrigeration, utilities, compressed air, air handling, pipework and effluent plant Managing breakdowns and corrective maintenance end-to-end Writing, reviewing and improving SSOWs and SOPs Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Food Hygiene standards Supporting factory start-ups and reducing downtime Driving a safe, proactive and continuous-improvement culture What were looking for Background in FMCG, food manufacturing or high-volume industrial environments Strong mechanical and electrical engineering capability Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating engineers Confident problem-solver who closes work down properly Solid experience with boilers, utilities and site services plant Desirable (not essential) BOAS (Boiler Operation Accreditation Scheme) Asbestos Awareness Exposure to refrigeration plant Why this role stands out Day shift, Monday Friday no nights or rotating patterns A role with real ownership , not just task execution Visible impact on site performance and compliance Progression opportunity for a Senior Site Services Engineer ready to step up This role is ideal for a Site Services Engineer or Senior Engineer who wants more responsibility, more influence , and the chance to become the go-to person for site infrastructure performance.
