Cover Supervisor

Teacher Active is delighted to collaborate with a range of secondary schools across Abertillery. We are currently seeking Cover Supervisors in Cwmbran to provide our schools with dependable and high-quality support staff.

Cover Supervisors play a vital role within schools, whether on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. While the position does not require lesson planning or preparation, excellent communication and effective classroom management skills are essential.

Key Requirements for the Cover Supervisor Role in Cwmbran

Possession of a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of six months’ relevant experience
Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16 and above
Ability to maintain positive behaviour and foster engagement within the classroom
Flexibility to work across various departments and with different age groups on a daily basis
