Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisors play a crucial role within schools, whether on a day-to-day, long-term, or permanent basis. While the role does not involve lesson planning or preparation, excellent communication and classroom management skills are essential.

Key Requirements for the Cover Supervisor Role in Cwmbran:

Possession of CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of six months’ relevant experience
Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16+
Ability to maintain positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom
Flexibility to work across different departments and with varied age groups on a daily basis
