French Teacher

• As a dynamic and motivated qualified teacher, you ll teaching French lessons to students across KS3 and KS5.
• You ll plan and deliver engaging, innovative lessons that spark curiosity and excitement, adapting learning to suit each individual.
• You ll be empowered to teach creatively, making the most of the schools extensive resources and specialist support to deliver meaningful, high‑impact learning.
• You'll need to have strong classroom management skills to ensure effective learning is taking place in the classroom and isn’t being disrupted by pupils’ behaviours.
• This is a full time role, Mon - Fri

• Plan and deliver stimulating, personalised lessons on a daily basis.
• Develop creative and innovative teaching approaches that engage and motivate learners.
• Respond flexibly to the needs of pupils and providing extra support where needed.
• Observe, monitor, and assess pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment where pupils feel safe and valued.

• Experienced teaching French to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Ability to adapt lesson plans to suit the different abilities of students to ensure effective learning is taking place.
• Must hold QTS and be registered with the EWC.
• Must have right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available for this role).
• Must be able to commute to Newport.
