As a Youth Tutor at Itec Cwmbran (on‑site, full‑time, permanent), you will work closely with students to provide individualised tutoring sessions, support their learning needs, and inspire them to reach their potential.

• Deliver training sessions using a variety of teaching methods to engage, support, and motivate learners.
• Develop creative lesson plans incorporating differentiated teaching styles and activities to ensure a high‑quality learning experience.
• Plan and support learners in their individual learning journey.
• Help learners achieve their qualifications to a quality standard in a timely manner.

• Previous experience working as a tutor, trainer, or mentor for young people.
• Previous experience working with NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) individuals.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification or degree equivalent.
• Good level of Math and English GCSE C, Level 5 or above.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and support young people in a learning environment.
• Ability to plan lessons, assess learner progress, and provide feedback effectively.
