Additional Needs (ALN) AdministratorFixed Term – 01/04/27 – Maternity Cover
18.5 hours per week
The post provides an opportunity for an enthusiastic and eager person to contribute to ensuring Coleg Gwent provides high quality ALN support to learners with difficulties and/or disabilities.
Responsibilities- Checking pay claims and staff timetables
- Ensuring accurate and timely records are maintained
- Communicating with schools to support effective transition arrangements for new learners
Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English. Some knowledge of ALN is desirable.
IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with learners, colleagues and members of the public.
