Position Overview:
We're hiring a skilled Repair Service Technician to focus on siding, roofing, and miscellaneous exterior repairs. You'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Siding & Roofing Repairs/Installation
- Repair/replace damaged siding materials (vinyl) and roofing systems (shingles, metal).
- Install new siding or roofing with precision, ensuring weather resistance and aesthetic consistency.
- Address leaks, insulation gaps, and structural vulnerabilities.
- General Exterior Repairs
- Repair gutters, downspouts, fascia, soffits, and exterior trim.
- Perform caulking, sealing, and minor carpentry to resolve weather-related damage.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues like water intrusion, rot, or pest damage.
- Conduct thorough inspections of siding, roofing, and exterior structures.
- Ensure work meets quality standards and customer expectations.
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols (PPE, ladder safety, etc.).
- Complete service reports, take before/after photos, and update project records.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in siding, roofing, or exterior repairs.(Preferred)
- Proficiency with tools (nail guns, circular saws, roofing nailers, etc.) and materials.(Preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders/scaffolding, and tolerate outdoor weather conditions.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
