Job Description

Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) and enjoy a personalized work schedule. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests, resolving their concerns, and promoting Target's products and services.

The starting hourly rate is $15.50 USD, with a pay range of $15.50 - $23.25 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping them with their needs
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
• Make guests aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
• Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed

• Communicate effectively and remain focused in a fast-paced environment
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility when picking up shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Accurately handle cash register operations and support cash office operations as needed
