$10.00/hr – $12.00/hr

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC, creating a welcoming environment.
• Interact with customers to help them choose the right products and make recommendations based on product knowledge and customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines.
• Boost product knowledge by learning features, advantages, and benefits, staying current on nutritional, wellness, and fitness news.
• Support store management in opening, closing, and operating the retail store, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits, and maintaining store appearance.

• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting, below waist and above shoulders.
• Use repetitive hand‑to‑finger motions and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequency of lifting up to 20 lbs, occasionally up to 40 lbs, including push/pull of 20 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach, and bend.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50 °F to 85 °F, especially in stock room areas.
• Use of a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.

• Work nights or mornings to open or close the store.
• Be available to work key peak business days/hours, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
• Work all major U.S. holidays that the store is open.

• Age 18 or older.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements.
• Availability for part‑time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
