Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) (T0793) rting hourly rate is $15.50 USD per hour with a pay range of $15.50 – $23.25 per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking, packing, and delivering pickup orders) while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, arrange merchandise, and set up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified and execute processes such as price changes, inventory accuracy, and merchandise maintenance as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures impact inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Capable of lifting/moving merchandise up to 44 pounds and working in varied temperatures and elements as required by duties.
