Groomer – Pet Supplies Plus, Cuyahoga Falls, OH

We call it “petcentricity”! If you enjoy making pets look adorable and smelling irresistible, we are looking for experienced groomers to join our pack. New hires with 1+ years of experience receive a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

• Delighting neighbors and pets with grooming services such as brushing, bathing, and conditioning.
• Grooming and styling pets according to owners’ instructions or breed standards.
• Ensuring the wellness and safety of all furry patrons.
• Developing long‑term relationships with pet parents by understanding their needs and recommending products and services.
• Conducting community outreach to attract new neighbors to our store.
• Successfully completing safety training certification.
• Performing routine cleaning to keep the grooming environment fun and inviting.
• Assisting store team members during grooming downtime.
• Continuously developing skills and pet‑grooming techniques while advancing your career.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of grooming experience with formal training certification and/or experience under a certified groomer.
• Ability to move or lift merchandise, equipment, or pets weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods of time.
• Ability to provide your own grooming equipment (clippers, blades, scissors, etc.).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Candidates must pass drug screening (where applicable) and be 18 years or older.

Salary range: $65,000 – $100,000 per year, plus commission and bonuses.
