Shift Availability: 15-25 hours per week (evening and weekend availability required). Hourly Pay Rate: 15.00/hr location: 1220 Buchholzer Blvd Suite C, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
About the RoleAs a Retail Sales Associate at Curaleaf, you’ll be the face of our brand and the go-to expert for customers, helping them explore our cannabis products and delivering top-tier service with every interaction. You’ll create a welcoming, informative, inclusive, and engaging experience and help guests find the right fit for their needs. WhatYou’ll Do
- Customer Experience & Teamwork:
Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner; build genuine connections; offer personalized product advice; resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction; encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs; collaborate to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and upbeat store atmosphere. - Operations & Store Standards:
Assist with opening/closing, handle cash, follow procedures and regulations, check IDs, update customer profiles, process transactions accurately, keep the store clean and stocked, support inventory tasks, fulfill online orders, and contribute to achieving daily sales goals. - Product & Promotions:
Highlight deals and complementary items at checkout; stay informed on promotions and product updates for a seamless customer experience; adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role with a focus on service and satisfaction.
- At least 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a compliance-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
- Strong de-escalation, conflict resolution, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Initiative and a team-first attitude; ability to build rapport and lasting customer relationships.
- Experience in sales with KPI tracking and meeting targets.
- Familiarity with e-commerce systems and order fulfillment.
- Previous experience in a regulated retail setting.
- Stand for extended periods; walk, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; use hands; lift up to 25 pounds regularly; may lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; close vision required.
