Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

• Maintain a safe and clean environment by performing routine maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotating and storing them properly, and placing orders when supplies are low.
• Follow all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling of hazardous materials, steel‑standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Ensure a positive first and last impression for members and associates.

Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
