We are seeking a Non‑Certified Nursing Assistant (Aide) who will share our vision to advance better living and care for seniors.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred or currently enrolled)
• Two to four years of experience preferred
• Must have good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite
• Licensure:
  None required

• Assist with all resident direct care needs and comforts of daily living, including lifting, turning, positioning, transporting; bathing, dressing, oral hygiene and grooming; answering call lights in a timely manner; providing restorative care such as range of motion, ambulation, bowel and bladder training.
• Communicate professionally and effectively, verbally and in writing; follow written and verbal directions; provide exemplary customer service to residents, peers, families, managers, and visitors; report any changes in physical or mental conditions promptly.
• Assist nurses with assigned tasks: measuring and recording vitals; gathering weights, measures and other documentation; making beds, cleaning closets, ensuring cleanliness of resident living areas; assisting with new admissions; assisting in training and orientation of new staff.
• Adhere to Resident Rights documentation; help residents exercise and protect their rights; report complaints to charge nurse or supervisor; maintain confidentiality.
• Document resident information timely, accurately and confidentially per the electronic medical record system.
• Follow Safety & Compliance policies and procedures; use equipment properly; report equipment needs or repairs.
• Practice universal precautions; use protective equipment; follow infection control protocols.
• Perform food service functions: prepare residents for meals, serve food, assist with eating, after‑meal care, pass snacks and fresh water/ice; record food/fluid intake; note changes in eating habits and report promptly.
• Provide additional resident care needs and comforts: maintain cleanliness of resident’s room (daily cleaning, deep cleaning, discharge cleaning); engage in activities of interest; provide restorative nursing programs necessary to maintain ADLs.

Shift differential for aides is $2.25 throughout the week on 2nd and 3rd shift and then starting Friday at 3p until Monday at 6am all shifts get $2.95 per hour
