Responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities- Cleans front office and office bathrooms regularly.
- Cleans the facility bathrooms and floors daily.
- Picks up trash daily.
- Maintains debris and trash surrounding the outside.
- Performs various cleaning projects that are needed throughout the plant.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common cleaning solution labels. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from coworkers or managers. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors, etc. - Mathematical
Skills:
Ability to apply mathematical concepts when using cleaning solutions to get the right proportion.
- Attendance – Consistency in showing up for work and completing normal hours.
- Care and Use of Equipment – Ability to perform maintenance and operations checks of job-related equipment.
- Safety – Safety conscious about work environment and equipment; keeps area free of debris, follows SOPs and safety rules.
- Work Quality – Effort that consistently achieves desired outcomes with minimal errors.
The individual needs to constantly move about on the shop floor and office to perform various cleaning tasks. Some activities involve fine and gross manipulation of items. Must be able to push, pull, or move up to 30 pounds. Capable of transporting different cleaning solutions and tools related to the job.
Work EnvironmentEmployees are occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. Noise level is usually moderate. PPE such as gloves, ear, and eye protection required. During warmer months, PPE may cause the employee to feel very warm.
