Akron Children's Hospital seeks a full-time BE/BC Pediatrician to join our new Cuyahoga Falls office (anticipated opening in 2025). The practice has been part of the Akron and Cuyahoga Falls communities for more than 50 years, and this position will join our team of five experienced pediatricians and two pediatric nurse practitioners in an outpatient setting with after-hours calls and Saturday office hours shared between providers.

This is a busy existing practice welcoming both new graduates and seasoned providers who want to continue to develop and grow in a supportive environment. Our offices follow standard hospital-based policies while retaining the local culture of each practice. We use EPIC as a system-wide electronic health record. Our primary care offices are PCMH certified, with the Patient-Centered Medical Home model emphasizing strong patient–care team relationships, improved quality and patient experience, staff satisfaction, and cost reduction.

Eligibility and environment
: 501(c)(3) site; eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through the Federal government.

Outpatient pediatrics with after-hours calls (screened by an after-hours nurse triage line) and shared Saturday office hours among providers. Participate in a practice that supports new graduates and experienced clinicians in delivering high-quality care to babies, children, and teens.
