This is a part-time, on-site role located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, for a Client Consultant at Flagstar Bank. The Client Consultant will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include providing personalized banking solutions, addressing client inquiries, assisting with financial transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction while upholding the bank’s commitment to excellent service.

• Strong interpersonal and client relations skills for developing and maintaining positive customer connections
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to effectively address client inquiries and concerns
• Analytical skills for identifying client needs and providing tailored financial solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with banking systems and technology is an advantage
