Description

Our team is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a contract role in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. The ideal candidate will deliver critical support to ensure smooth daily office operations and outstanding customer service. This position calls for strong communication skills, proven administrative capabilities, and proficiency with Microsoft tools.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Greet and assist visitors and clients, providing a welcoming atmosphere and high-quality service.

+ Manage incoming calls, route inquiries appropriately, and maintain professional phone etiquette.

+ Organize, scan, and file both physical and electronic documents, supporting efficient record-keeping and retrieval.

+ Handle copying and distribution of materials as needed to facilitate office operations.

+ Conduct accurate data entry and assist with maintaining company databases.

+ Collaborate with colleagues to support various administrative needs and contribute to team success.

+ Maintain an orderly and professional workspace that promotes productivity.

+ Monitor office supply levels and coordinate replenishment and purchasing when required.

+ Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) to complete tasks and manage documentation effectively.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative or receptionist roles.

- Skilled in handling phone calls and directing inquiries with care and efficiency.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment.
