Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is a 99‑bed community‑owned facility offering a variety of services for patients of all ages in the Cushing, Oklahoma area. The hospital offers 24‑hour emergency services, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology and more. In 2025, the hospital will add inpatient behavioral health services.

• Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with BMC and AORN standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
• Provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit, demonstrating knowledge of growth and development over the life span.
• Assess patient data reflective of the patient’s status to identify each patient’s requirements relative to age‑specific needs.
• Plan for the provision of patient care including the development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with BMC standards.
• Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act; willing to take call on a rotational basis and demonstrate teamwork and flexibility.
• Monitor and supervise LPNs as needed.

• ADN or BSN
• Registered Nurse
• Oklahoma or applicable Multi‑state RN license (upon hire)
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS within 30 days of hire
• PALS within 30 days of hire
• A minimum of 1‑year Critical Care Experience
