Title: Program Director - Behavioral Health – Inpatient

Salary: Up to $110,000

Location: Cushing, OK (Onsite)

Licensure: Must have RN license

As PMC’s Inpatient Program Director
, your focus will be on the 3

Cs;
Care, Community and Compliance.

• Care:
  Lead, manage, and collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team focused on quality patient care and providing services ordered by a physician.
• Community:
  Energetically lead, implement, and deliver community education on inpatient unit to facility staff, local medical facilities, and community members through presentations, events, and one‑on‑one conversations.
• Compliance:
  Oversee operations Behavioral Health Unit, focusing on Care, Community, and Compliance.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state of OK–
  required
• Basic computer knowledge –
  required
• BLS –
  required
• Experience working in psychiatric behavioral health
  - preferred
• Five years Management experience
  - preferred
• Handle with Care Training –
  provided
• Master’s Degree Nursing
  - preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills –
  required
• On‑site training provided.
