• Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is a 99‑bed community‑owned facility offering 24‑hour emergency services, cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, diagnostic imaging, withdrawal stabilization, wound care and urology.

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities in accordance with BMC and AORN standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status, interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient’s requirements relative to his/her age‑specific needs.
• Plan for the provision of patient care including the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with BMC standards, as described in the Patient Care policies and procedures.
• Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act; be willing to take call on a rotational basis and demonstrate teamwork and flexibility.
• Monitor and supervise LPNs as needed.

• ADN or BSN
• Registered Nurse
• Oklahoma or applicable Multi‑state RN license (upon hire)
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS within 30 days of hire
• PALS within 30 days of hire
• A minimum of 1‑year Critical Care Experience
