• Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is a 99‑bed community‑owned facility offering 24‑hour emergency services, cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, diagnostic imaging, withdrawal stabilization, wound care, and urology.

The nurse manager will promote the mission and values of the organization and act as an active advocate for quality patient care, excellent customer service, and efficient health care. Key duties include

• Involved in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning, and program development to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Oklahoma or applicable multi‑state RN license
• Minimum of 3 years surgical services RN experience
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire (prior to providing direct patient care)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 30 days of hire

• Previous charge or leadership experience
