Starting Salary: $73,554‑$107,281 annually (including 15% geo modifier)
IA Stipend: $2,080
Sign‑On Bonus: $12,500
We’re hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of our fleet within Reach Air Medical Services. This technician will be qualified to support our H125, H130, H135, and EC145 airframes. This key role ensures our team can safely maintain and deliver timely, high‑quality transportation services, care, and customer service to patients.
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs, and provide regular status updates to the Lead Technician.
- Manage inventory checks, maintain equipment tracking logs, place replacement requests as needed, and document المشاركة of part expenditures.
- Maintain clear documentation of service paperwork and FAA information as required, adhering to company policies and information‑security standards.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
- Use appropriate communication methods to facilitate coordination between departments, vendors, and team members.
- Work collaboratively and professionally with allied health and public safety personnel as well as fellow AMTs and operations team members.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years turbine‑powered helicopter experience.
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
- stellar State‑issued Driver’s license.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Experience with EMS systems, aircraft maintenance systems, records, and maintenance support and planning.
- Ability to$b work a flexible schedule, including overtime and 24/7 on‑call rotations.
- Compliance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program.
- Ability to push and/or pull 100+ lbs and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Maintenance experience with AS350, EC130, EC135, EC145.
- FAA Inspection Authorization Certificate.
- Experience under CFR Parts 91, 135, and 145.
- Autopilot maintenance experience.
- Avionics and electrical repair experience.
