The Performance Automation and Monitoring team is redefining how developers test and validate performance build enterprise‑grade performance, automation, and monitoring platforms, and are pioneering Agentic AI–driven testing that allows developers to create performance and automation tests without writing code—directly impacting customer trust and paid adoption.
What You’ll DoDesign and build scalable, distributed performance testing infrastructure.
Develop Agentic AI–powered systems that enable no-code/low-code performance and automation testing.
Partner with AI platform teams to define agent workflows, abstractions, and guardrails.
Integrate performance testing, automation, and monitoring into a unified quality platform.
Collaborate with product, frontend, and platform teams across the US and India.
Help make performance a default, trusted signal in the development and release lifecycle.
About You- 6‑8 years experience as a Software Engineer.
Have strong experience building distributed backend systems at scale.
Have worked on performance testing, reliability, automation, or observability platforms.
Are excited about applying Agentic AI to improve developer workflows.
Enjoy translating complex systems into simple, powerful developer experiences.
Are comfortable owning systems end to end and working with distributed teams.
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $220,000 to $240,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
