We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our mobile app development team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands‑on experience designing, developing, and maintaining cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, with strong expertise in Flutter frameworks, state management solutions, and mobile app development best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Translate UI/UX designs into performant, responsive, and visually appealing apps.
- Optimize applications for performance, memory, battery usage, and responsiveness on both iOS and Android.
- Publish and maintain apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and technical issues.
- Contribute to the full app lifecycle: concept, design, development, testing, release, and support.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in mobile app development with Flutter.
- Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter widgets and state management solutions (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX, etc.).
- Hands‑on experience bridging Flutter apps with native iOS/Android functionality via Method, Platform, and Event Channels.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third‑party SDKs.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and Material/Cupertino design guidelines.
- Proficient in project management and version control tools, such as Jira and Git.
- Experience with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Messaging, Crashlytics, Remote Config).
- Hands‑on experience with local databases (Sqlite, Hive, Realm).
- Experience building applications for Desktop or Web using Flutter.
