• 2-4 years of retail management experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to lead and inspire others through coaching and mentoring
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends

• Knowledge of the retail environment and ability to evolve store strategies
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  
  Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
