The Shift Lead guides guests on their wellness journeys by creating vibrant in‑store experiences, driving sales, and fostering a welcoming community. They lead by example, preparing products, mentoring teammates, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Guest Experience & Sales

• Deliver an exceptional, friendly guest experience (warm welcome, gracious goodbyes).
• Engage guests with product sampling and storytelling about ingredients and benefits.
• Actively recommend products and enroll new members in our loyalty program.
• Model elevated service and teamwork to exceed sales goals.
• Follow Mystery Shop guidelines to ensure 100% store reach.

Team Support

• Support and guide teammates throughout the shift.
• Help onboard and train new team members while modeling Pressed standards.
• Model a safe, inclusive, respectful environment for all.

Daily Store Operations

• Prepare, serve, and package products (wellness bowls, Freeze, juice orders).
• Fulfill in‑store and third‑party delivery orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and restrooms.
• Cut fruit, clean equipment, and uphold food safety standards.
• Open and close the store as scheduled and complete daily checklists.

Inventory & Admin

• Assist with inventory organization and restocking.
• Share guest feedback and operational insights with the General Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Passion for health, wellness, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or retail (preferred).
• Strong communication skills with a guest‑first mindset.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to lead by example.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced food‑and‑beverage retail environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.
