Overview

Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T0323) rting Hourly Rate: $20.50 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and resolve guest concerns.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities and events.
• Know the tools, products, and services available in the total store and in your area to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Know and discuss Target Loyalty program benefits and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Demonstrate how to use features and offerings within the Target App, including Wallet.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; assist guests to enroll, activate, and use these features.
• Process returns according to policy and escalate to Leaders as needed while following Target procedures.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area; gather unpurchased items and supplies for removal.
• Stock supplies during store hours and be available to assist guests.
• Maintain a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-up orders, and returns, while complying with applicable laws and policies.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.
