Marketing Technology Program Manager
12‑month, full‑time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract in Cupertino, CA.
OverviewSupport the development of marketing technology solutions that power global campaigns and digital service promotions. Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver tools that enhance partner programs, streamline workflows, and strengthen the organization’s services ecosystem.
Ideal CandidateIn addition to a strong passion for marketing technology, the candidate has 4+ years experience in program or project management, product marketing, or digital marketing; proven foundation in digital and social channel strategy; proficiency in organic marketing channels, social platforms, CMS systems, and web technologies; skill at translating between business and technical teams; and excelling at cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- Shape the future of marketing tools and technologies by gathering requirements, translating ideas into product roadmaps, and driving adoption of new solutions.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to support subscription growth, enable creative marketing programs, and streamline processes through innovative tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, design, engineering, and external partners to deliver creative assets, landing pages, integrations, tracking solutions, and ongoing tool enhancements.
- Oversee tool development, testing, documentation, performance monitoring, and executive reporting.
- Support global team members by troubleshooting issues, providing education and training, and ensuring smooth execution across channels.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred (equivalent experience welcomed). Ideal background includes experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, product marketing, or program management; familiarity working with CMS systems, engineering partners, and marketing technology platforms.
Additional Requirements- Location:
Cupertino, CA – hybrid on‑site work required. - Compensation: W‑2 position pays $89.55 per hour.
Position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked.
