Apple is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and detail oriented Business Analyst to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams on large scale business process transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a structured problem‑solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams. You need to have an in depth understanding of current state processes to engage in design for future state processes.

You should be able to utilize process assessment as a tool to solve for business problems, map out stakeholders, deliverables, inputs and outputs, system dependencies, etc. to identify gaps and opportunities and have an obsession with asking why until you really understand the problem and possible solutions.

You will be responsible for supporting cross‑functional teams to implement new ways of working in areas such as contra revenue, back margin, commissions, OPEX programs, headcount dollars and programs, demand forecasting, etc. with an emphasis on leveraging process reengineering, and automation and AI‑driven capabilities to enhance efficiency and insight generation. This impactful role blends process innovation, data analytics, business product ownership and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, process, systems thinking, and execution.

You should have an understanding of how to utilize data, data analytics, and financial modeling skills to understand how data is being used to support business process, use it to support problem solving, and use it to highlight ineffective use of data and technology vs ineffective process.

You will work with a team of Business Process Manager and Program Managers and a team of functional subject‑matter experts (SMEs) across Sales, Sales Finance, Operations and Technology to understand current and future state data and process, identify bottlenecks, design scalable solutions, and lead initiatives from discovery to concept to measurable outcomes.

Description Cross Functional Partnership & Process Assessment
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their goals, business processes, and challenges.
  • Articulating technical concepts in business‑friendly language to secure buy‑in and drive change.
  • Document and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement‑gathering sessions to go several layers deep in process assessment and future state process redesign.
  • Collaborate with product and program managers, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood and feasible.
Data Analysis & Technical Acumen
  • Conduct detailed data analysis or data gathering to assess a business challenge.
  • Assess current state data inputs and outputs, data flow, system capabilities, and outline it in effective ways to support process analysis and requirement gathering.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
  • Partner with technical teams to rightsize and identify solutions to build a strong data foundation, explore automation and AI/ML capabilities to address business challenges.
Delivery Excellence
